We had a broken water pipe in our slab. Primo plumbing came the same day that I called. They did an awesome job. They cleaned up debris, swept, and may have mopped after the job was finished. The plumbers were very courteous and professional. Great company.

I had a plumber come to our house to clear a recurrent problem with our main drain line. He failed to clear it and was mystified why he was unable to do so. After that initial failure, I called spoke to a Supervisor at Primo Plumbing. He sent a Master Plumber to my home who diagnosed the problem almost immediately that the prior plumber was unable to find. I’ve been doing business with Primo for a long time. They’re always exceptional. In this case it was my second project completed by Steve (the Master Plumber) and his Partner (Owen). I am so grateful that this ongoing problem was diagnosed and repaired professionally and thoroughly and that Primo stands behind and guarantees its work.

Everyone at Comfort Air /Primo Plumbing is friendly and professional. I have used them on several occasions to install and/or service: a series of April Aire filters, UVC lights, multiple AC units (service), multiple plumbing and RO fixtures, a whole house water softener and whole house water filtration system… and I’ve never regretted choosing them. Dear Comfort-Air,

This morning while I was making the rounds at our main location at 6511 Blanco, I came across two service technicians that were so pleasant and thoughtful, I just had to complement them for being so courteous and responsive. To be honest, I have never met anyone from Comfort-Air that does not fit this description! Their names are Michael and Cody and they are at our main location doing maintenance detail this morning. Not only are they very polite, they are happy young men! And, yes, they were quick to share that they enjoy their jobs; obviously!

I don’t know how long our practice has been associated with Comfort-Air, regardless, everyone that has ever stepped on to our premises fit the description I referenced above. It is a pleasure having technicians who interact so well with all with whom they come into contact while on our premises! I hope to continue our association with Comfort-Air for years to come! My other very positive interaction with someone from your staff was with Drew Scroggins, who was super helpful in helping me address an issue at one of our other locations.

“I’m still learning the thermostat, but I’m pleased with my HVAC so far. At first I thought my ok Carrier was more efficient and cooled better, even at 101 temperature, but the closet had to be repaired where it was housed and it had to come out. I really liked my Carrier, oh well. It still had life but hard to get parts for it. I’m happy with the Daikin. It is quiet. I chose this product over many of the quotes because of Daniel’s clear explanations about the whole process and the Daikin products. I really wanted to best choice, the Dankin Fit, but concerned it might be more complicated than I need in my life at this time.
